Boeing 777 Crash in San Fansisco

For obvious reasons, people are more likely to be victims of car accidents than plane crashes and even more prone to death in said crashes. In the past more than 54% of people would not survive in a plane crash. Now with new and improved plane technologies, a lofty estimated 95% of passengers aboard a wrecked plane will survive.

That seems about right in the recent San Fransisco Boeing 777 crash. Of the 307 passengers aboard the flight, two sixteen year old girls were killed. As 187 people did suffer injuries, 123 suffered none at all and remained unharmed minus relative future flight fears.

So far sources inside the Asiana company claim that there were no mechanical malfunctions or errors that have been found as a possible cause to the crash. Is the pilot to blame?
